Palm Aire Special Recreation District
As residents of Palm Aire, we should be aware of a charter that was passed in 2008 creating a Special Recreation District. This was established to protect the property from being commercially developed on which the Palm Aire Golf courses sit.
The original 2008 proposal and summary of the reasoning for establishing can be found here. It was voted in that year by registered voters of Pompano Beach.
