Hurricane Association News
HURRICANE SEASON IS HERE!

It is important that everyone make preparations for the Florida hurricane season.

If a Hurricane or strong Tropical Storm threatens:
Our staff will prepare the property by removing furniture from pools and clearing the roofs, etc.

Each resident is responsible for removing all furniture, plants, and objects from their porch/patio.
If you are not going to be in residence for a hurricane, you must designate someone to handle emergencies that may arise and provide the management company with their name, address, and telephone number.

Following the storm:
Staff will be on property as soon as it is safe.  Their first priority will be to handle any issues of safety.  They will next address any problems with access to our buildings and parking lots.  Clean-up will be handled as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT:
If you have a special need because of age, health, or disability you must contact the Vulnerable Population Registry prior to the storm.  They may be able to provide assistance if you require medication, equipment, etc. Their telephone number is 954-831-4000.
