Welcome to PACC 12 and our Parking Attendant for Cypress Grove
Parking is provided for unit owners, renters and other Association approved residents. The Parking Attendant program helps keep everyone accountable and in compliance with our Rules and Regulations.
Initially all approved residents must contact the appropriate Parking Boss Administrator (see below) for your building to register your personal vehicles, obtain your parking decal(s) and your unit Passcode.
It is your responsibility as Unit Owners to update all new vehicle information with your assigned Parking Attendant Administrator.
For new Vehicles and/or License Plates/Tags:
If you receive a new vehicle or license plate/tag, you must email a picture of the new license plate and new vehicle registration to your assigned parking attendant administrator:
